JesseB
Here's the situation, I'm going to buy the Red Nova Dragon tin soon, and trade the Red Dragon Archfiend that it contains (as I already own a Red Dragon Archfiend, so far it's my only Synchro) for a Magna Drago and a Blue-Eyes White Dragon. As Red Nova Dragon is Level 12, I need another level 2 dragon-type tuner. My deck is devoted to the Dragon-type and Dragon support, and can be played with almost any strategy. Anyway, I was considering Dragunity Phalanx, it is a level 2 tuner, and no other "Dragunity" monsters really required. Also, I'm looking for other Dragon tuners to summon other Synchros I plan on getting in the future (such as Gungir, Dragon of the ice barrier or Black Blutdrago) if you guys can help me out a but, I would really appreciate it. Brinolovania
1.Dragon is not a theme. 2.Magna Drago sucks. 3.You'll never be able to summon Red Nova with only 2 level 2 tuners. You won't draw them at the right time. 4.Keep the RDA you get. So you can summon it if the other dies.
Dr. Cakey
Wrong. Scar-Red Nova does not need any Dragon support. Use a Flamvell engine (Firedog + Magician) to drop RDA. To make the transition to the Crimson Devil, I think 3 and 1 is the best way to go, since you can use Junk Synchron to bring back your Level 1 Tuner and sync. Also you can use Grow-Up Bulb if you have a spare million dollars lying around to spend on it. EDIT: Of course, I only made a Scar-Red Nova Deck once, and that was a while ago, so there might be some better strategy. EDIT2: Keep the RDA. You'll want 2-3 of it in your Extra Deck, and probably 2 Scar-Red Nova if possible.
Toffee.
TC, just run Flamvells instead. They are ideal for Red Nova Dragon, and even pair nicely with the whole "Burning Soul" concept ;)
evilfusion
Blue-Eyes is a dime a dozen, and Magna Drago is a starter deck common. For the love of...Keep that Red Dragon Archfiend. It's worth more than those cards, that's for sure. Unless you run Solidarity, there's no reason to keep to Dragon tuners, only.

~British Soul~
imo - i'd keep the RDA for these reasons 1. it's worth more than those 2 cards 2. it's best to have more than 1 copy of it in your extra deck, just in case 3. i can't think of any more EDIT - oh yea dragon isn't a theme, but the following are themes that use dragons 1. hopeless dragons 2. disaster dragons
