It's good because most Decks that run Heroes run Stratos..... so this is just staple for them really.... having 2800 ATK never hurt its chances either. Thus, they will need Trollkastel to help them out......... Card overall is balanced and is highly techable for E-Heroes, and needs Super Proly. Probably not. Heroes just arent' that big a threat (well yet anyways) what have they been doing in the OCG? I haven't heard of any hero bloodfests or anything. On the other hand, konami hates hero decks. If you are going to have Darksoul at 3 for Sephiroth's sake put Stratos @ 2. You know, searching itself when it was at 3 too. But the real thing that made Tele-DADs awesome was the fact you could run 3 Allure, E-Tele, DAD, D-Draw, all the things now limited.
