Get in the Z-ONE

Z-ONE
Normal Spell
"When this Set card is destroyed, add 1 Field/Continuous Spell Card from your Graveyard to the hand."

First thing that comes to mind is hilarious Geartown abuse used along with Scraps. Second thing that comes to mind is use with Imperial Machine Castle.

Also interesting how this is the first card that is shown as being blank in the anime to come out in real life with an actual effect. At least if I remember correctly.

Discuss this intriguing spell.

Or, you know, use Terraforming, which grabs Geartown and Castle immediatly? >__>
And if I want to grab a Continuous Spell Card, why not just use Golden Sarcophagus? It's slower, yes, but it's activation requirments isn't nearly as stupidly situational as this.

Looks pretty terrible so far.

I was thinking something like Scrap Dragon kills Geartown, get AGGD, set Z-ONE, next turn summon second Scrap Dragon (since they're laughably easy to make in Scraps), blow up Z-ONE with 1 Scrap Dragon, get back Geartown, blow up Geartown again with other Scrap Dragon for another AGGD, attack for game. Like I said, first thought on it.

I'm almost glad that it didn't just add from the grave to hand, otherwise it would have made geartown more viable (and lead to a faster defeat against Arm's Scraptown deck)

Truth is, I might not even include this in my Scrap.dek xD

I would include this, but it would make more sense if I included more Ancient Gears.

I was expecting Z-ONE to be a lot better.
Z-ONE
Normal Spell
Pay 4000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 Level 8 or higher Warrior-Type, Machine-Type, or Dragon-Type monster from your deck or Extra Deck, ignoring the Summoning Conditions.

OT: Those combos are horribad and so is this. Why does such an important plot device have such a boring effect?

Ok, since it goes from the graveyard to your hand, you can't really compare it to terraforming. That's like saying "Monster Reborn is good, but why not just use Golden Sarcophagus since you can get it faster?"

...I swear I did read "from your Deck". >__>

lol that actually makes it worse then it already was.
