Or since the "rivalry" between it and Dark Magician was basically a foregone conclusion, it could be chewing on the ultimate wizard (in terms of attack and defense). Most of the alternate arts drawn by Takahashi himself have no background, like the legal Obelisk. Granted, it would be easy to add a background, but...
