[spoiler=Spoiler]Solasiro was battling with an uninvited guest on his own diamond. Solasiro used his right arm to block the swing of a sword, and knocked the woman back. Instead of falling over, however, she backflipped, and mid-air turned her weapon into it's Gun Mode, and fired a few rounds. Only a few of the bullets had hit Solasiro.

"Face it," Solasiro yelled, as he threw a Ruin spell at the pink-haired woman, "I'll admit that I'm surprised you made your way here unnoticed, but there's no hope for you here."

The woman dodged the magical projectile just as it exploded. "As long as I survive," she began to say, as she switched the Blazefire Saber into Sword Mode and aimed it at Solasiro, "I can keep fighting."

"What naivety," Solasiro said, as he turned away.

"It doesn't have to be this way," Lightning said, "You can fight your fate. Just like..."

"Like who? You and your 'friends'?" Solasiro barked back. "I was doomed from the beginning. If I don't fulfill my Focus, not only would I become a Cie'th, but who knows what could happen to the worlds without a champion? Just look at everyone now! Battle after battle! I may be the cause, but even if I wasn't, whose to say another villain wouldn't get any ideas?!"

Lightning sighed; he did have a point. "So then what? You'll find a champion and let yourself be turned to crystal?"

"If that's what it takes to assure peace," Solasiro said, "Then so be it."

Lightning paused for a moment, and withdrew her gunblade. "What are you doing?" Solasiro asked, "We're not done here."

"I came here to fight a villain," Lightning said, as she started walking away, "But now I see there aren't any to fight here."

Sherlock Holmes and Miles Edgeworth stood against each other.

"So, how exactly shall we do this?" Edgeworth said.

"It's simple," Sherlock suggested. "The very prospect of magic is just smoke and mirrors, and there's no visible force holding us back. I am actually rather intrigued how this delusional Solasiro fellow changed the setting so quickly."

"Sherlock, as impossible as it may seem, there is indeed magic in the area."

"Nonsense, my friend. Let us search."

Edgeworth sighed, realizing he couldn't convince the detective of the magic in the area. The two of them examined the area for what felt like hours, but Edgeworth lost enthusiasm over time. Reluctantly, he reached for his gun. If he could kill Sherlock here, then he could try what he could to do away with Solasiro, but that would risk him becoming a murderer. He had already shot that lizard point-blank, but that was a monster. He kept his gun in his pocket, and decided that a battle would be determined not by bloodshed, but the good ol' fashioned way.

"I have a proposition," Edgeworth said at last.

"Oh?"

"Have you ever once considered what is the meaning of life?"

"Religion is nonsense, but I do suppose we must have been put here for a reason. Perhaps evolution and natural selection set course for human life today?"

"Well then, Sherlock, I would like to present my argument..."

Hmhmhm.

Honestly, Sherlock could probably outdo Mycroft if he put his mind to it -- in order to put him as lesser to his brother, Doyle had to make him miss something he ordinarily would have picked up on straight away.

Edge is good at giving the evidence, but no one is better for finding it than Sherlock Holmes.
