During your Draw Phase, you can add 1 "Malefic" monster from your Deck to your hand instead of conducting your normal draw.

Its effect looks similar to its anime translation. So, its probably the effect. Notice how it only says 「Sin」 once on the card. Looks like we may not be able to control more than 1 Malefic monster at a time with this

Actual effect:

"During your Draw Phase, you can skip your normal draw to select 3 "Malefic" monsters in your Deck. Your opponent randomly selects 1 of them, and adds it to your hand. Return the other cards to your Deck"

But wouldn't that mean that if you only have 2 or less Malefic monsters in your Deck, you're not allowed to activate it?
Hmm...
Pot of Avarice or something?

I Question how this doesn't have to it doesn't have "While this card is on the feild Ignore the effect that only 1 "Melafic" monster can be on the feild at a time." Seriously its either me or Paradox had HAX!
In the anime, the Sin monsters didn't have weaknesses except the field spell one (if it even had that one). Yes, they were that broken in the anime.

I knew Sin World wasn't going to have an effect that ignored the malefic effect. That would be too hard to write.

Going by Chillacino's effect: During your Draw Phase, you can skip your normal draw to select 3 "Malefic" monsters in your Deck. Your opponent randomly selects 1 of them, and adds it to your hand. Return the other cards to your Deck.

Well, the anime one did say pick randomly, so that's the best way to pick randomly and still have the "heart of the cards" moments.
I'm not sure if I'd run this over Magical Citadel of Endymion. I mean, Endymion can protect itself and allows for me to run Spell Counter Spellcasters.

It would be hard to write?

"While this card is faceup on the field, you may control more than one faceup 'Sin' monster. If this card is removed from the field, destroy faceup 'Sin' monsters until there is only one remaining."
The Malefic cards' effects are card effects, not rules. If I remember correctly, 'can't' effects override 'can' effects.

If they wrote 'ignore' in the text and made it so ignored Malefic's conditions (I mean, it is a Field Spell, so it deals with that weakness), maybe it would work.

Also, you should probably write that Sin monsters you control can attack even if you control others.

"While this card is face-up on the field, effects that limit the number of "Malefic" monsters on the field are negated."

Despite being oddly specific, that should be ok without negating their other effects.

Tried to think of how support cards for Spirit Monsters state "Spirit monsters you control do not have to have their effects that return them to the hand activated." which specifies which effect doesn't activate. Since Continuous Effects don't activate, I couldn't go that route. My only option was to make some OCG that specifically negates that effect. That doesn't look too bad, does it? Does it look believable?

Hm, true...but having multiple Sins would be useless since they'd restrict each other from attacking.
Then maybe... "While this card is face-up on the field, the effects of "Malefic" monsters on the field which limit the number of "Malefic" monsters that can be on the field and their effects which prevent monsters from declaring an attack are negated."

Really, I can't think of any other way without being COMPLETELY SPECIFIC.

That's why I would think that the field spell should say something that specifically permits it, rather than specifically negates the restriction.
But I kinda agree with Mystery Guest. An effect which states you cannot would override one that says you can.

"There can only be 1 "Malefic" monster" may not be written as can't, but works in that way. It may as well be written "There cannot be more than 1 "Malefic" monster on the field". Well, you might be able to get away with this one but, in regards with with "allowed to attack", No matter how many card effects allow you to attack, if something says you "cannot" attack, then you cannot attack.

I think negating would work better, even if it would mean more card text x.o;

According to the very very very small Malefic World in my Shonen Jump Magazine:

Malefic World
[Spell/Field]
While this card is face-up on the field, you can activate this effect instead of conducting your Draw Phase. Choose 3 "Malefic" Cards from your deck and have your opponent pick one at random to add to your hand, shuffle the rest back into your deck.

EDIT: Damn Ninja'd by a long shot XD

this is the effect (i think)

During your Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw, you can select 3 "Malefic" cards from your Deck, have your opponent pick 1 of them at random, and add it to your hand. Return the remaining cards to your Deck.

so it's like Power Tool Dragon for mallefics and only during the Draw Phase

for this I'd say the best cards using with world are...

3 Sin Stardust
3 Sin End
3 SinBEWD (tradein fodder)
3 Sin Paradox Gear
3 Sin Truth Dragon

And thats about 15 in total with 6 with instant summon 6 with conditional and 3 that are the tuner which luckly on gear and paradox dragon they don't say you can only have 1 sin on the feild.
