//Please note that, as of this time, the following information is totally unconfirmed.

MG03-JP001
Shining Star Dragon 「シャイニングスター・ドラゴン」
LIGHT/Dragon - Synchro - Effect/12/4000/4000
2 Synchro Tuners + "Stardust Dragon"
When the effect of a Magic, Trap, or Effect Monster Card is activated, you can remove from play this card to negate that activation and destroy that card. During the End Phase of the turn in which this effect is used, you can Special Summon this card removed from play in order to activate this effect. When an opposing monster declares an attack, by removing from play 1 Synchro Monster in your Graveyard, that attack is negated. If there are no Synchro Monsters in your Graveyard, this card is destroyed.
Ultra Rare

MG03-JP002
Stardust Synchron 「スターダスト・シンクロン」
WIND/Dragon - Synchro - Effect/2/(???)/(???)
1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner monster
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy 1 Magic or Trap Card on the field. If you control "Stardust Dragon", this card is treated as a Tuner.
Ultra Rare

The Delta Accel is a bit underwhelming, but the Synchron can probably be used in one of those long synchro summoning chains (coel, rekindling, lonefire + call) to clear a backrow card and then make armory arm with Formula Synchron.

Delta Accel Double Tuning Synchro!?

Wait a minute, do you have to remove Shining Star Dragon with its first ability and summon it back to be able to use the second ability?

Overall, it looks cool. Stardust Synchron looks like it will make for some funky shenanigans. It can also be used as the Synchro Tuner for Shooting Star Dragon.

Now to wait for their confirmation....

The text is goofy but it is most likely the same as any other Stardust related card. Its most likely meant to say "During the End Phase, you can Special Summon this removed from play card that was removed for this effect". You don't need to activate the first effect to use the second one o.x;

Hmm...well, you can use 2 Formula, 2 Stardust Synchron, or one of each to bring this out.

It's a 4000/4000 that can negate any effect for removing this and bringing it back. It can RFG Synchros to negate attacks, and self-destructs if you don't have any. Well, both sound pretty good, and can make for some weird Return shenanigans.

The Synchron is an MST when Synchroed, similar to Formula's Synchro effect, and it's a Tuner if you control Stardust, meaning it can easily form Shooting Star as well.

Overall, I think both are cool, but with the Extra Deck space the way it is, I'll just keep Shooting Star or Scar Red.
