[/quote] It does... but this can only be used in scrap decks seeing as if you don't then all you have is a cyber dragon that destroys itself whenever its summoned. Now scraps can essentially run 6x of Scrapstorm which sets up all of their Chimera and Golem loops. I suppose that helps but I really don't want to see Scrap Meta. They are really annoying.
