Goodnight
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Local_Big_Hurricane Normal trap card: Return all cards from your hand and Graveyard to the Deck(s). wat That's something crazy and will be abused by some newly thought up deck type that can run with no hand and no graveyard. Maybe an infernities hybrid deck that doesnt rely on the grave as much.
evilfusion
I can't think of cases where this card could actually help you. Infernities are better off running Wave Motion Inferno, which says a lot about this card's use as tech. Fortunately, it doesn't wipe your field. evilfusion
But this card only affects YOU. What use is this when you can still use 3 Jar and Jar Turtle for six cards?

Fraz
I'm sure they're create some monster or continuous spell/trap at some point that says "Trap cards that affect one player now affect the other instead" and finally gift of greed and this will be playable. -SJ-
Wait, HOW IS THIS UNLIMITED? This is card abuse. You can practically "reset" the duel for you. Too weired.

You can practically "reset" the duel for you. Too weired.
It only effects you, not your opponent. and I would say its uses are limited to not decking yourself out. I can;t think of that many examples, but I'm sure there's some decks that could get some benefit from returning their graveyard to the deck. Toffee.
Wait, HOW IS THIS UNLIMITED?
As stated, this is slow and only re-sets your side, as well as leaving you without a hand, or a Graveyard for various resources.

Catterjune
Didn't we talk about this card last week or so? Yeah, you could probably do it without a hand, but deck fattening is just about always a bad idea.
-Berserker-
Too bad you cannot activate this during the damage step. Chaining it to your own Giant Rat to reuse it if it's the only target you have... but you wouln't use Giant Rat if you had no targets...
