"Screw the rules, I have money" is too awesome to pass down...
Atticus was the only one who used a very playable card - REDMD, though its anime effect was horrible compared to real life...
For 5ds, I have to choose Aki from the ones you put up, but Carly is also on the top of my list...

I dislike the incorrect use of the word original for YGO. People always forget the 27 episode series, which is probably joint fav for me
For Me.
Dimon (YGO) - Feel sorry for the guy when Kaiba left him to die.
Bakura Ryou (YGO) - I prefered him in that series, esp when he rebeled in the Monster World RPG.
Yami No Bakura/Zork (YGO & YGO: DM) - I cringe everytime I see him impale his hand on the castle tower and when I see the scan of him licking the Millennium Eye of blood.
Marufuji Sho (YGO DM: GX)
Marufuji Ryo (YGO DM: GX)
Manjyoume Jun (YGO GX - Manga) - He just appealed to be more in the manga even if Kaiser trashed him.
Tenjoin Fubuki (YGO DM: GX)

Yugioh- Kaiba, because I used a Kaiba deck back when this game was in the was in its early days.

Yugioh GX- Alexis/Asuka, because A. she actually dueled every few episodes, B. she in the manga, she uses a Blizzard-like deck, which is 1 of my decks.

Yugioh 5DS- I was amazed Carly wasn't in the poll. Carly's death was probably 1 of the saddest moments in all of Yugioh IMO.
