That is what I was thinking about doing but if anyone else drops out this round then no one will be eliminated, so let's just hope that everyone else posts their cards.

Here's what I came up with:

Place 1 Aqua Counter on all non-WATER monsters on the field. If a new monster is Summoned after this card is played, it gains 1 Aqua Counter. A monster with an Aqua Counter can not be tributed, except to Summon a WATER monster.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

This card can be Summoned without a Tribute if a Field Spell is in play. If this card is Summoned this way, it is switched to Defense Position after it attacks, unless it attacked a monster with an Aqua Counter. This card is Treated as Umi. This card cannot be destroyed and your opponent cannot activate another Field Spell Card. If you control a Field Spell Card, you can discard 1 card to destroy that card and activate this card. When this card is activated this way, you can draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower WATER monster from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. The Special Summoned monster gains 500 DEF. All face-up WATER monsters cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. All face-up WATER monster you control inflicts Piercing Damage.

Water-type monsters can only be attacked by monsters whose Levels are lower than their own and cannot be targeted by Spell or Trap cards. If your opponent only controls face-up Water-type monsters and you cannot select any of them as an attack target, you can attack your opponent directly.

You can discard 1 Water-type monster from your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, reduce any battle damage you take to 0 and increase this card's attack by the amount of damage you would have taken.
