This card cannot be Special Summoned. You must Tribute 3 "Steelswarm" monsters to Normal Summon this card (you cannot Set this card). Once per turn, you can pay half your Life Points to destroy all other cards on the field.
Easily the best field clearer!
SOOOOOO making a Steelswarm deck now..

Had his attack been 4000 so he could at least OTK with Megamorph, he would have been still subpar but at least could finish games.

He's really, really inefficient at what he does when Demise and Black Rose do the same thing easier and are far easier to summon.

I'd say he'd be okay with Phantom of Chaos but he's not even a Trade-In target so forget that as well <_<

but but but! At least compared to Black rose this should be better D'x

- Black rose destroys itself by its own effect and can be revived only with its dedicated plant deck. Also atk is 2400
- Hercules destroys everything BUT himself and isn't all that hard to summon in a Steelswarm Deck x__x since it's a Deck based on tribute summoning. AND Hercules's attack is 3200 compared to BRD's 2400..

BRD - "Hey, I'mma blow up everything, maybe get some Dandy Tokens, and clear the field, all for an easy Lv. 7 worth of tuners and non-tuners"
JD - "Well, I milled/dropped 4 different Lightsworns, so, I'm going to drop this, slaughter the field for 1000 LP, and, when I end, mill 4 more, to continue setting myself up."
Demise - "OK, Contract or End of the World, ditch, say... Masked Beast, pay 2000 LP, and slaughter EVERYTHING! Then I proceed to bludgeon the ever-living crap out of you, and might have more Ritual Monsters."
Hercules - "Erm... Destiny Hero Dogma is easier to summon, I have to pay half of my LP, and I nuke everything except myself? ... I suck."

Also, we had this topic not even 2 weeks ago =-=

Why couldn't "You must Tribute 3 "Steelswarm" monsters to Normal Summon this card (you cannot Set this card)." be re-worded to say: "This card can only be Normal Summoned with 3 Tributes. The Tributes for this card must be Steelswarm monsters".
Because that way, that multi-purpose form might actually had some use >__>

Honestly, the way they have it worded now, Multi-Purpose form is flat-out useless.

If maybe it said for it's summon clause "You must use 3 monsters to Tribute Summon this card with one of them being a "Steelswarm" monster" instead of the no Special Summon Clause and Must use up 3 Steelswarm monsters, it would be a bit better. In fact, here's what it's effect should have been:

"You can Tribute Summon this card by using 3 monsters you control with one of them being a "Steelswarm" monster as Tributes. If you do, you can activate the following effect:
?You can pay half of your Life Points to destroy all other cards on the field. This effect can be used once per turn."

No needless clause, Check
Archtype Specific, Check
Balanced Nuke, Check

The best field clearer:

But even playing Advanced Format:

Outstrips this completely.

Levia Dragon > This

-Levia-Dragon with ALO he only requires 1 Tribute
-He clears the field just as well just need to use a card that is treated as umi
-Levia-Dragon has WATER support
-Doesn't cost half your LP to nuke field

This:
- more ATK
- DARK
-Fiend(if it remember correctly)
-has nice artwork

and both require a specific deck Levia dragon being ALO with hercules being Steelswarm
