A bad first impression / bunch of neg reps will go a long way, along with little known about the TCG.
evilfusion
First, you need to be facing cards that use Dice Rolls. Off the top of my head, you'll maybe see ONE: Morphtronic Celfon, and MAYBE Snipe Hunter. Secondly, this doesn't help you at all. It just redoes the dice roll. It doesn't change your odds. The reason people dont use that many dice or coin flips is because it relies too heavily on LUCK. To make a deck powerful, it has to be consistent, and gambling effects restrict consistency. Snipe Hunter has a 66% of destroying something and that chance makes it better because Stardust can't touch it. But the odds are also pretty good for you there. So a card that only works against someone willing/stupid enough to use gamble cards is even worse than the gamble effect itself. Not only does it not guarantee a positive result, but it's a dead card in every other situation.
Sleepy
agree with evilfusion. Also, card should let you choose the exact number result of the dice roll at least xD. Not to mention that most gambling cards have an ok positive effect and a bad negative effect. Most are not worth it even if you had the best luck. Just saying; Not trying to justify the card's useful (or uselessness) at all. This should have at least been more like Second Coin Toss, and be Continuous. evilfusion
I assume the joke is that the Arcana Force use Coin Flips, not dice rolls, but joke or not, it's just not funny.

[/quote] You can activate it at any time during a turn, so yes. It cannot be activated (flipped face up) when you physically roll the dice. You must activate it before or chain it to the effect that would roll dice.
