Catterjune Posted May 10, 2011 Report Share Posted May 10, 2011 I remember making this in some odd deck that combined Perfect Circle with Hero City. I called it Perfect City. Deck got pluses like it was nothing. Ocean was fun. Bring Stratos back to hand to destroy opponents s/ts. No one ever expects the S/T destruction effect. As for Ocean, it's okay... it'd be better served with a higher attack, since otherwise you'd have to back it up with some support. If you can manage to keep it on the field for a lot of turns (unbloody likely) it's amazing. But since it's stats are so low, it's just kind of average... maybe a little below average.
