Activate this card when your opponent adds a card to their hand outside their draw phase. Each time they add a card to their hand outside of their normal draw, draw 1 card for each. Insightful Cards of Reversal is called good because it allows you to draw 3, 4, 5, or more cards. Appropriate will let you draw 2 each time, and it requires the initial draw to activate, so you can't take your opponent by surprise, and the only way to consistently keep drawing is in a dedicated deck, i.e. an Exodia deck. So it will remain in it is own deck. Also, conditionless DMG version/correct version (?) is obviously broke. u think it beter den apropriate????
