Card is an OK beatstick although I wonder just how much Level 1 support are we getting in that Photon Shockwave Pack. Its the 4th Xyz with those requirements and apparently needing only 2 Level 1 materials is potentially broken even for Baby Tragon xD I look forward to Level 1 monsters in the future.
