Everyone I've spoken to who can actually read the text hasn't brought up any restrictions to its summon aside from a lack of Normal Summons. I don't see one either. It can be Special Summoned anyway you like. even summoner monk can get this. If you ask me, it's a dumb move on Konami's part. 3K beaters that are summonable with no trouble. But note that Asterisk got released in English as a Semi-Nomi. Hopefully, the wording change they're doing will definitely clear it up. It's extremely annoying due to ease of summoning. [/quote] It does if it's not a Semi-Nomi. Super Bugman's ATK is 0. Tomato SSes 1500 or less. Once on the field, its continuous effect applies, changing its stats to 3000.
