Players can place their cards in any available card zone, not just from the center outwards. Then again, that's a common way players place their cards, even in the video games that automatically place them that way. I'm sure once they see the card they wont be placing them from the center outwards anymore though.

Sleepy
Use this in deck Opponent moves cards around Rage because it actually matters
^This There are no distinguishable Zones even at tournaments (everyone just remembers that the limit is 5 of each plus a Field Spell) I don't know anyone that doesn't move stuff around. How does someone know when its valid? Your opponent Sets 2 and Summons a monster Then you move a monster to "look pretty or symmetric" in the imaginary game zones. Casually ending up in front of their cards. Lastly you move this card as well and activate it... Profit?
~British Soul~
during my "Bad" days i used this in one of my Casual decks first turn he summoned a card and set 1, i done the same, and in the same column, the next turn i activated this then he facepalm'd saying "this card is too situational, not to mention it was in the most unpopular sets." he then scooped funny thing was i had 3 of this in that deck too using cards that people won't expect = Profit. If you don't use one and you're just moving them arbitrarily then =/
