This made me laugh.
Scrap Dragon cant be his Signer Dragon, as the Signer Dragons cannot support an archetype, unless said archetype is card-specific to said Signer Dragon, and only if they help said dragon "evolve" into its stronger forms.
That's why junk like Red Nova and Stardust Xiaolong exist.
(I'm probably missing something, though)

OK, fine. He can have this:

Blackwing Dragon
DARK
Dragon/Synchro/Effect
1 tuner+1 or more non-tuner monsters
Once per turn, you can discard one card to Special Summon one level 4 or lower Winged Beast-type monster from your Deck. Destroy it during the End Phase. If that monster is used as a Tuner for a Synchro Summon during the turn it is Summoned, destroy one Spell or Trap Card on the Field.

Crimson Dragon sucks. The original Signer (the Spider Earthbound holder) head (which would be the position of the leader of the signers) was killed and resurected on the bad side without much of a fight.
No measures taken from Crimson Dragon.
No will power from the head guy at all.

Actually, this doesn't make much sense. They were kind of re incarnations from the previous signers from thousands of years ago. This means they have always been and will continue to be signers for eternity.....
Crow is not in the equation. Rua is not in the equation.

If Crow gained his place in the signer group, why did his Signer Dragon exist already?

If Rua gained a never before existing [s]birth[/s]mark, why did his Signer Dragon already exist in Ruka's vision of the past? If it already existed in ancient past unlike Black Winged Dragon, why wasn't there a printed card of it like with the others? Why is it special? Its not the head, its not the main character's, it didn't do anything particularly important except be used as a plot device that one time without being the boss card of its own plot device-ness. It wasn't outstanding in the past like the Red Daemon Dragon vs Scarred Nova either.

Dark Signer Arch was rushed IMO. Between other questions, I wonder why someone as careful as Godwin forgot to look for his mark's Dragon. It must have been something trivial for him to look for a key component of being a signer and having a mark.

The excuse of "the Crimson Dragon is god" is utterly a Deus Ex Machina....

OT:

Blackwings are still ok. I can see them still being used next format although not as a Tier 1.
GB and Lightsworns are a lot older than BW and still see play. I think BW will have the same treatment. They won't be entirely forgotten and exiled from the meta.

Very subtle changes could have been done to prevent their key cards from becoming limit-worthy.

Black Whirlwind:
You can only have 1 "Black Whirlwind" face-up on the field at a time.

Gale:
Once while it is face-up on the field.................. until the End Phase.

Kalut:
welll... I don't know about Kalut. It has an excuse. They were experimenting with a weaker variant of Honest (seemingly)
