[/quote] You can activate a monster's Ignition effect upon a monster's Summon. Example is Dark Armed Dragon. After the change, you cannot. [/quote] In the OCG, Priority for Ignition Effects was eliminated, and the TCG anticipates that they will also get the change. [/quote] If you host a duel, you can say "no priority" or "OCG Priority rules" in the Duel Note. That way, only people who are willing to use those rules will probably join.
