Smear
I was talking to Desu on Skype, and he barely knew any of Australia's biggest landmarks. It's amazing how little people know about Australia. Discuss. ;D

Or so he told me =o
XD I said that as a facebook reference as there have been other pages like "Sharks have teeth, I have teeth therefore I am a shark" I just made my own one up in that conversation xD.

But seriously, everyone knows about Opera House in Sydney and Kangaroos. Try asking anyone about any landmark in Poland. I doubt you'll get an answer

Tourmaline
^ Master of Oz has that in its card. Because Oz is a reference to where it is from. The Great Barrier Reef is also very, very nice. Lonk
I know a bit about Australia: 1) The opera house is known for large VGM performances (Of course I would know). 2) Ayer's Rock isn't a boulder, but a mass of solidified dust. It changes color depending on the time of day. 3) Australia is a large source of Eucalyptus Trees. For that reason, it is home to Koalas. 4) The native people over there are called "Aborigines" 5) The Kiwi, though being native to New Zealand, is more closely related to the Ostrich. Therefore, the Kiwi was said to have come from Australia years ago. and then the obvious.

Miror B was that sarcasm? I've met people before who don't know Canberra is the capital.
It was satirical sarcasm pointed at the population of people who have never studied a map. I'm not surprised people dont know the capitol. I wouldn't be surprised if they knew if Queensland and New South Wales are territories.
