Okay, the context of the episode would make more sense than Overlaying an Xyz and additional monsters. Still, that seems like a waste of an Extra Deck slot.

Well, Gadgets could use it. Pay tons of LP, then change Utopia into something more Offensive.

You can pay up to 5000 with Gadgets + Somethign else, so you just need to find a way to neg 1000 more.

Still a bad move, though xD

You must be troling right?
Majestics = Specific tuner, 1 specific non-tuner, 1 level 1 non-tuner. Remain on field a single turn.

Hope Ray = Specific monster, 1/4th or less total lifepoints.

This doesn't require you to waste main deck space on a piece of trash like Majestic Dragon, the worst Tuner in the game. This just takes an impractical Extra slot.

The only Point I might concede you is the fact that the Salvation Dragon is aweful...even in the anime...But overall, the effect of Saivors could pretty much end game really fast if they were easier to summon...>_>

This card's effect is so aweful...and its stats so bad that it is not even funny...>_>

I agree Majestics have stronger all-around effects but I wouldn't really call this awful since it swings for 3000-4000 on summon as long as there's no backrow. And we don't know if the gain is permanent or not yet. It's not amazing but it's not all that bad, the fact that it has to be summoned when you're in a pinch is what makes it utterly impractical.

At the end of the day, it's a -2 with a outclassed stat modulation effect. Not to mention that condition.
No, Hope is a -1, this is a +0. The condition is what makes it bad.

That, and tight Extra Deck.

They SERIOUSLY need to raise the extra limit to like, 30.
I rememeber the 30 card Fusion deck... Fun times...

I'd think 20 would be a good raise.

Well, maybe.

Then again, unlimited makes Memory Crusher a godly card. I remember news from years ago when a guy who went to the world tournament sided it, and upon seeing that the opponent had a Fusion Deck of 100 cards, summoned it and swang for game...

To be honest, it's -3. -4 because four monsters in total (2 from Utopia and 2 from it's own cost) then +1 because of itself hitting the field.

So -3.

Why would I play this when I could get Double Utopia or Pearls?

WAit, what? The Fusion limit was /always/ 30, or so I thought O_O

lrn2read

-1, total.

2 From UTopia IS the summoning cost.

Just Utopia with both materials, the 2 level 4s come from Utopia's own material.
That's how the anime did it apparently :/

Okay, let's run down how you Summon this card:

Overlay 2 level 4s for Number 39.

If your LP is 1000 or less, and Number 39 has not lost Overlay Units, place this card from your Extra Deck on top of Number 39.

Number 39 and both Units are considered Chaos Number 39's Overlay Units.

Exactly.

Also, somethign to note- Once more ways to recycle materials are introduced, the only Req is having 2 Units.
