evilhorus
Does your opponent have to have a monster on the field to activate this? I'm unsure because it says "can".
evilfusion
Yes, both players must control a level 4 or lower monster. They do not have to be able to Special Summon, though.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
I'm pretty sure it's the same as IRS where the opponent has to have a monster on the field, in this case a lvl 4 or lower one. edit:

evilfusion
Because they can Royal Tribute your hand the previous turn? GK dont have the space to abuse this. This card is best for a deck that likes to swarm, but has very limited SS ability. Like Glad Beasts or something.
King of Nothing
Alright, so, let's say you activate this card, then chain it with a card that increases the level of your monster. What happens? Can you special summon a larger monster, or can you not SS any monsters? (If the former, I might need this card. If the latter, I have a few funny combos with it)

So you pick which monster to match levels with when this card resolves and SS accordingly.
Dr. Cakey
Is that definitely the official TCG name? Because if so I have a few choice words for Konami's lolcalization department.

Dr. Cakey
Yes. It should be "Crashbug Load" imo
See, even Shard can tell. It's arguably excusable if you're terrible because I think it's supposed to be a bit of a pun between 'load' and 'road', since the 'road' in the name generally implies getting a monster in some way (Starlight Road, Road Warrior, some other cards probably). The Bugman/Crashbug cards are all computer viruses, so this card is the program being loaded.
Sleepy
Card is ok. It has pros and cons compared to Double Summon (actually more cons than pros). Gadgets are pretty much the only strategy that can use this without loosing a card. Then again, Gadgets like their + so.... I don't really know. Opposite for Ancient Rules.
