Its fine@1 as it can also potentially help the Opponent, and the fact that its a FLIP is what makes it slow enough to not be [i]THAT[/i] much of a disaster. It lets both players draw 5 cards, regardless of how many cards you had in hand when the effect activated. Then it also Triggers Dark World effects, allowing for pluses across the board.
