Chaos Dralcax
It's nerfed, but Contract with Exodia was anti-nerfed. However, since it was nerfed, it's way too easy to Monster Reborn a piece of Exodia and destroy this.

-Berserker-
Only ran it once in a WC game to see if it had an achievement; and in a lulzy Diamond Dude deck. I managed to summon it there but it didn't last...

evilfusion
If I recall correctly, the anime Necross gained an effect based on the pieces in the Graveyard. 1) Couldn't be destroyed in battle 2) Gained 1000 ATK whenever it battled 3) Couldn't be destroyed by Spells 4) Couldn't be destroyed by Traps 5) Couldn't be destroyed by Monster Effects. It's just too slow the way it is, and while Contract of Exodia doesn't cost 2000 LP to activate like in the anime, it's still vulnerable to Monster Effects, non-destruction will still kill it, it's a Nomi, it only gains 500 ATK a turn, it relies on you having all the Exodia parts in the Graveyard else it dies... Is there anything GOOD about this card?

When I ran my exodia deck, I used this as a stall and use Monster Reincarnations and Backup Soldier to get my Pieces back from my Graveyard and into my hand so I can auto win.... But this thing does suck...Exodia Necro decks suck...

I have nothing else.... 1 piece Exodia sounded so epic when it was new and I didn't know what it was =( To put it softly: If this card had the anime effects and Spell Card stayed the same, it would still be bad. Outclassed by normal Exodia pieces strategy BUT it would at least have had a Deck during those Painful Choice times.
evilfusion
Ah yes, Painful Choice was actually in the anime to bring this out.
