evilfusion Posted September 19, 2011 Report Share Posted September 19, 2011 Hm, it doesn't say "The effect of Dragunity Phalanx can only be used once per turn", so quite clearly the effect is reset, as most "once per turn" effects are, when Phalanx leaves the field. I'm not entirely sure under what circumstance you'd be able to use its effect more than once a turn...oh wait, LADD. So if LADD is out, you can still only activate Phalanx's effect once a turn.
