Totally broken, due to costlessly being able to drop 2500-3000 beaters from the hand or Graveyard, and easily revivable with Red-Eyes Wyvern, to say nothing of its absurdly easy Summoning Conditions. Because you just said that it starts a chain. REDMD in the new text would read "You can banish 1 Dragon-Type monster you control to Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard." The Summoning Condition does not start a chain, although banishing a Dragon is technically considered a cost. It doesn't target because it can SS from the hand. Colons or semi-colons start a chain. And I remember using Veiler on this, than going Gagaga Girl and Magician next turn, then making Tiras.
