Makο
Or more specifically, jogging. I'm currently doing a program called Couch to 5k, which, after 9 weeks, should have me be able to jog at my jogging speed (Which is 5.3 MPH) for half an hour, without stop. Today's routine? It went a little something like this... -Walk for 5 Minutes -Jog for 3 -Walk for 1 1/2 -Jog for 5 -Walk for 2 1/2 -Jog for 3 -Walk for 1 1/2 -Jog for 5 ... MY LEGS HAVE NEVER HURT SO BAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Nor have I ever jogged so much in one session. It sucks being 200+ Pounds. (Although being 6 foot helps with this fact) If it wasn't for Eye of the Tiger, I never would've done it. Thank you Survivor. Discuss any sort of exercise routine you are doing, have done, or will do. Or just exercise in general. At least I'm getting a new iPod touch for doing this program. :
Lunar Origins
When I'm in Soccer season, maybe a mile a day might keep me in good enough shape for it. Out of season, though? Not much in the form of exercising other than lifting weights on Sunday. Oh, and good luck in your endeavor~ ^-^
Makο
Thanks. Lifting weights, you say? In terms of arm strength, I'm much more fit, if I do say so myself. Although, I haven't done it in a while... How much do you lift? I usually use 15 pound dumbbells.
Raine
My exercise! Walk the 2 miles to school. Gym. Walk the 2 miles back. Play video games.

Raine
Maybe I should jog too... but... I listen to my Ipod on the walk and jogging means I get less time to listen which means I'm a generally more unhappy individual, which means I get angry, and I go postal, and I kill people, and I go to prison, and I go to Death Row, and I get a last meal, and they cheap cut me and I get Taco Bell, AND I HATE TACOS! Tentacruel
I should, but... Nah, too much work.
Cin
My exercise just seems to be about 10 laps around the charity shop I volunteer at and occassionally up and and down the stairs there. Walking around town too lol.
MarbleZone
I rotate between 45-minute jogging one day and 30 minutes of stationary bicycle the next, along with standard workout (abs, push-ups, stretching) for half an hour every day. No weight-lifting or anything of the sort. I hate every second of it, but it's not like I'd be doing anything more useful at 6pm anyway.

CDDRodrigo
f***, I should be doing more excercise. When I went to work on my last job, I took 5 kilometers by bike on 20 minutes to go AND the same to return on some days. Now...
Greiga
I lift 10 pounds nonstop all weekend. Gets my mind off things, and makes my arm strength better than it is now.
Sleepy
My packpack is kinda heavy with its laptop and books, plus my art bag on the other hand. I make a 2 hour line every day with that equipment. I walk fast with that equipment for a good 20 minutes at some point when returning home (many ups and downs there too) I walk fast between classes (with said backpacks) I'm still considering finding a spot in my time to exersive some because random efforts throughout the day haven't improved my anything really O_o [s]dad[/s] X Family member: Him:Looks like you've gained a little weiight after those long vacations. Would you like making some exersice like joining karate classes or something to keep the shape a little? Me: Sure, why not? Him: K, go find one. Me: >.>

Ghoulish
When I lost close to 10kg (wasnt fat, was about 17% bodyfat though) I worked out (weights) for 1.5 hours, aerobic workout for half an hour, and then soccer like interval training (not with a team by myself) for half an hour, this went 7 days a week. After I dropped to about 76kg from 85kg, I began doing a mass gain program (i made) with a clean bulk, cut out the cardio and low rep high weight weight session for 1 hour - 1.5 hours, at the moment I am at 9% bodyfat and weigh 82-83kg, in november I will be returning my cardio and doing bike for 30mins before breakfast, bit higher rep weight sessions and interval training on the field, Intend to do this for about 3 weeks and get down to 7% body fat. Then bulk again

Xazeon
I play football 2 hours a day with full pads on. Helmet, shoulder pads, and leg pads. Makο
That's called a Runners High, Clair. :3 During Yesterdays routine, my Dad taught me the ultimate secret to jogging. Listen to a USMC Cadence. Not only are most of them hilarious, but they almost completely take your mind of jogging!
