evilfusion Posted September 27, 2011 Report Share Posted September 27, 2011 Reign-Beaux would be better if it didn't have to be discarded by an opponent's effect in order to be Summoned. Dark World is much more likely to use their own effects to discard, barring something like Dark Deal, and Ceruli isn't worth running because it's not consistent, and the advantage you gain by discarding DW cards by an opponent's effect isn't worth the loss of advantage and possibility of a dead draw, or worse, discarding Ceruli and then not having a DW card at all.
