Now that Avarice is limited, the first effect is usable I would always have Normal monsters in the graveyard in that deck, and sometimes a random Gaia Knight or Scrap Archfiend... I don't think this necessarily outshines Utopia, as Utopia still has enough ATK to be a contender in his own right, but this card, I expect, should see some more play soon.
