Gives Waters a small, respectable boost, has its own searcher in Warrior of Atlantis, which in itself is a 1900 beater, lowers Levels by 1, letting you have maybe some flexibility when it comes to Xyz and Synchros, but can be notoriously frustrating, and also lets you drop Level 5s without Tribute and Level 7s for only 1, such as Levia Dragon, which can proceed to field nuke.
