First line makes him so impractical sadly. If one were to remove the first line, he'd be a very interesting tech in Hopeless/Disaster. I like him as a card personally but I've never found him particularly abuseable.

I want to run a Gandora deck really badly(In Wc11 or DN, whichever comes first).... But its such a hard card to use, even [i]WITH[/i] properly keeping it on the field ;-;

If its flipped via battle, like, say, Waboku, then it doesn't leave the field via it's own effect.

And Gandora is beast! Sadly, I haven't really been able to make a deck based on Gandi that's consistent enough.
I love the card though, it's definitely badass, and also, ending a game with this feels like sex.
Fun card is fun.
