You just cant edit the: Name, Attrbitue, Set number, ID, Type, Flavor text, effect, ATK, DEF, Level, Hologram in the corner, Copyright, or what edition it is(if it says 1st Edition, really). ....I think I got it all, but yea, that's what you [i]CANT[/i] edit.
