I find photon rebound to be kinda Opped, it lets you stop an attack and take control of opponent's monster at no cost, so maybe make it cost you some life points seeing how the benefits will be. Even [i]I'd[/i] frown upon that, and I'm usually lenient towards OP'ed cards... as long as they don't screw up my plans, I usually let them slide completely.
