Not-so-Radiant Arin
To be quite honest, I personally liked the format with 2 MST and 0 Heavy Storm. That way, no one would be able to blow away your best cards with a click. You would need to use 2 MST (which you can also combine with Ryko, Celestia, Breaker, Dust Tornado, etc.) to get rid of those backrow cards, and carefully choose which ones you wanted to get rid of. Now, all you have to do is HERPADERP 5 BACKROW CARDS HEHEHEHE HEAVY STORM!!!
Bringerofcake
Depends on the deck. If I have the space, I run 3. Otherwise I run 2. We need a balanced replacement to Heavy. I kind of hate when I set 2 backrow on turn 1 and see Heavy on turn 2.
Resident Fascist
And personally, I agree with the guy. Run 3 if you're running an OTK, 2 if anything else and sideboard the third.

"To be or not to be...that is the question; Whether 'tis nobler"-*shot* OT: I admit, I run 2 MST and side the third in one of my Decks, the others I use all 3, and for one I don't even have backrow destruction. TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Most decks need this in order to win.
CommanderVolt
I tend to run 2, but really it depends on the deck. I have 3 in some in which spell and trap hate is incredibly vital and sometimes i leave the third in the side deck.
It wasn't actually as good as expected. -People could still blow them away for the OTK with Giant Trunade. -People didn't really run many more Decks with non-chainables, which was one of the main arguments on the Heavy Storm banning side. -"Carefully choosing which ones you wanted to get rid of" is basically the same as "random guess between face downs" a good amount of the time, if not all. -Good players never have 4 or 5 Spell or Trap Cards without the means to protect them (Starlight Road, Solemn, etc), or even 3 for that matter. I do Heavy + 2 MST. It's pretty much the standard.
werewolfjedi
I run three, just because I turned my msts into a tech trap with cursed armaments, and I need them to keep field spells from killing mine
