Card is a mandatory +1 that activates no matter how it's sent, is compatible with Debris Dragon, and is the core of the Plant engine alongside Spore and Glow-Up. It being at 2 was terrible. [/quote] I've never thought either were good for the format, but given the choice between the two of them, Dandy is the more borke of the two.
