[/quote] In the Japanese OCG, it won't work because the 'Photon' in Galaxy-Eyes is written differently than other 'Photon' monsters so it can't be used on it. In the English TCG. . . . Photon Slasher, Photon Crusher, Photon Leo, and Twin Lizard are all worth 1 draw, making it a -1 at best. Galaxy-Eyes, if applicable, is a +0. And why on earth are you Tributing Galaxy-Eyes? And then the card is just terrible. A -1 disguised as draw power that can be a +0 at best without investing more resources into level modifying. Photon Sublimation should be printed if they want Photon draw power. This card's concept does not fit the theme, even slightly.
