White Void
Storm (name still pending) Normal Spell Destroy all Spell/Trap Cards you control. Then, destroy Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls equal to the number of your Spell/Trap Cards destroyed. This is Konami's idea of a Heavy Replacement.... CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
mm if you even think it worth to use it :S Of course there will be time you tend to be 1 S/T short compare to your opponent's and and need to use this as last resort. Emergency Provisions can't send itself. MST can't target itself. Heavy Storm doesn't destroy itself. It will be a -1. This is essentially Double Cylone's big brother. Storm doesn't destroy itself, and Double Cyclone can't target itself, either. I'm positive on this.
In addition to activated S/Ts not affecting itself, an activated card that doesn't linger on the Field cannot be returned to the hand or Deck. If you chain MST to Heavy Storm, MST is still "destroyed", but in Trunade's case, it can no longer be returned to the hand or Deck.

evilfusion
Will this trigger Starlight Road, and does it target?
I think it can, if the user of Storm has 2 S/Ts that will be destroyed. Since it destroys an equal number of opposing S/Ts, that much can be determined at activation. I could be wrong, since there aren't many examples of cards like this. And no, it doesn't target. The user of Storm decides which cards to destroy at resolution, after his S/Ts are destroyed. Similar to Stratos and R Righteous Justice.
shadowferret
So I'd think, like Stratos, since the number is undetermined until resolution that you couldn't be able to Starlight Road, right? Or am I thinking wrong? :S Either way, this card seems really abusable with chainables.

Sleepy
It's ok for randomness. Though I would have wanted it to be a bit more versatile and not to be forced to destroy all your cards, but rather to let you destroy a desired amount on your side to determine.. . . . not that the change would be too big, but still....
