Yeezus
My favorite deck too. Also, the DaDDT was a close second, even though it wasn't as popular(came out right after Plaugespreader) Are you talking about DDT with Strike Ninjas and stuff? BehindTheMask
Are you talking about DDT with Strike Ninjas and stuff? It was similar to this http://yugioh.tcgplayer.com/db/deck.asp?deck_id=46220 However, I remember the build using Plauge and stuff. This was right after Crossroads of Chaos and such, and was much better than TeleDaD
Expelsword
If this is real, it does the worst job ever of fixing the format.Wind-up and Inzektor are not even touched.
Mecha Love
Sorry, I just had to. Thing is, Wind-ups and Inzektors are still getting Konami lots of money, so they won't touch them just yet.Next format. Next format. Next format >_<

evilfusion
I always find myself slightly annoyed when people say "Oh, Konami's getting lots of money, so they wont touch the card". Money is definitely AN incentive, but it's not the only one. They do usually make good changes to the banlist, even if a fresh archetype is ruining stuff. The problems may stem from the TCG Exclusives. Wind-Ups have 2 crucial TCG Exclusives that greatly add to their consistency: Wind-Up Shark and Tour Guide (is Rat an Exclusive? Dont remember). Remove those two cards from your Wind-Ups Decks and verify if the loop is still as easy as before. It's still possible, but it's toned down. Also, remove Zenmaity and Hunter's priority. Still a broken Deck, or no? Inzektors though...that's perplexing. Are they not good in the OCG? Or is there a TCG factor that makes them better than OCG? It can't be Priority because Hornet's effect while equipped doesn't have Ignition priority.
Resident Fascist
Konami would actually lose money from losing players eventually if they didn't hit stuff. TT at 2 is just screaming that the list is fake.
.Rai
So basically people are complaining that Konami are trying to slow down the meta and they're trying to do it without obliterating various meta decks (apart from plants lol). They're just rewinding the meta slowly.
evilfusion
And at the same time, 2 Torrential would hurt Inzektor and Wind-Ups a bit, as well as other swarmy Decks. Really, while the list doesn't smell great, I'm not convinced it's fake. It COULD be fake, but it's not as utterly random as other fake lists. Wumbologist
keep in mind, banlists are created two months into a format. Therefore, the ocg only recently receives wind-ups and inzektors. they don't have TGU to make either deck consistent, so neither are threatening. Effect Veiler is also prevalent in the ocg, so inzektors lose a lot of its credibility. HOWEVER, the threat they create in the TCG cannot be observed in the OCG since the compound of different TCG exclusives (Wind-Up Zenmaines, Rabbit, Shark, Tour Guide). Therefore, they had no idea they would be as bad as they are right now. (this is quite evident since nobody in the OCG plays maxx "C") Though, Jeff Jones has hinted that the TCG may get a seperate list.

evilfusion
The TCG would NEED a separate banlist. Inzektors and Wind-Ups are too good in the TCG. Which makes me wonder how DN would handle that if the banlist in the TCG is much different. Although considering DN uses the full range of TCG and OCG cards, I imagine they'd use the TCG list because the OCG meta doesn't matter as much when they DO have the Exclusives running around. Sleepy
So the general opinion seems to be: -Good list for OCG-Terrible choice for TCG. Solution: We really need a list of our own.
Resident Fascist
Though, Jeff Jones has hinted that the TCG may get a seperate list. Thank God.Though Lumina at 2 Helps my LS Zombies a bit, I just liked the plant engine in it for fast Synchros and setting of GobZoms going to Catastor and Librarian. Brio surviving is odd, yet it also helps me, but I guess there's enough decent generic lv6 synchs for me That post just screams that you're bad..? I don't like my field nuked every 2 seconds, thanks. Either ban dark hole and TT at 2, or Dark hole and TT at 1. I guess I could play starlight road, but I really don't like it, at all.

Resident Fascist
And we no longer have the issue of the waiting game until Japan gets TCG exclusives. @Rai: Yes, but 2 TT is still really herpaderpa. evilfusion
I love how people keeps ranitng at list when list is not the guilty of your broken formats...yeah i'm talking about you TCG!!! We've been following the OCG banlist for a few years now, and for the most part, the OCG list has been curbing the power of problem cards and decks to a satisfactory degree. But this time, the two most powerful Decks in the TCG are all but unscathed. Usually, even if the TCG has an issue, the banlist does something to weaken the offending Deck (like how Infernity got hit, even though the TCG had the near-broken Infernity Barrier as an exclusive). This time, our exclusives seem to be the ONLY reason the Deck is amazing in the TCG, so them not being hit in any fashion is considered unusual. And problematic, since a VAST number of us are TCG players.
