Always loved it for some reason even tough I never used, and I always it a funny side card when Heavy was banned and MST was at 2 and everybody was running a crapload of spells/Traps, since your opponent pretty much milled most and alot of their important Spell/Traps, since most decks ran a low monster count at that time.
