"Cyber-Stein" and its Japanese name meaning "Devil Franken" are both named after Frankenstein. In the novel, Victor Frankenstein revives a dead body comprised of body parts from several different bodies, much in the same way Fusion Monsters are comprised of Fusion Material monsters, explaining why "Cyber-Stein" summons Fusion Monsters.
I think the card may be able to come back at one since with Judgement at 1 and the releash of warnings this could be counter balanced.

Pay most of your life points to summon a BEUD and have either the access to only 1 or none of your warning's.

The only abusible thing about this is if made for decks that constantly boost the players life points to an extent that you could just recycle this get 3 BEUD (Then when we get a Rank 12 XYZ into that).

This can still grab Cyber Twin and Cyber End Dragon. Megamorph is at 2. How about we NOT give those OTKs back, even if they're small potatoes to the current meta.

I remember the original Crush Card and Gold Sarc were selling for about $2000+, and the Gold Series versions were going for like $500.

Yeah. Who the hell shells out that much money for a piece of cardboard? Makes those $400 playsets of Tour Guide like damn cheap.
