[/quote] Reborn tengu does not activate if you xyz with it,monsters used as xyz material are not treated as on the field or leaving the field either,BKSS. Then you can summon this, Dark Armed Dragon and Black Luster Soldier. This summons Machina Fortress from the grave. Then you can win, or go Rnk7 and Rnk8. I've been testing it mained in Rock C*** Block.dek and tbh it's really really cool, alot of grave control. And missing a battle phase is a laughable downside. I am part of the second side. Tier 1 card? No. (Because Tier 1 is nothing but boring chaos and snorezektors anyway). Tier 2? I could see it. Scraps, Naturias, Machinas, etc. I can see this card being a nice tech in, especially in Naturias when you can negate almost everything that can stop it with little cost. But eh, just an opinion. That's not Tier 2 at all. High tier 2 is Dark Worlds and HEROes, also including Evols and 1-2 other things I'm forgetting. That said, the amount of "This card sucks" makes me facepalm, considerign the reaction the Grepher thread had to "this card sucks" comments, when this is actually legitimately good, just requires dedication, and Grepher is meh. =/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just hate Chaos and Inzektors with a passion. This card is very fun, like I said Naturias use this card very well. I also thought about running it in X-Sabers just for kicks..... C: Doesn't explicitly have an effect you can choose to use while it sits in the Graveyard/Banished that can generally be abused easily.. Therefore, i'm happy with this card, regardless of what anyone thinks. This kind of card people will try teching into existing things or will attempt to create new things out of it to make it work.
