Azuh
Isnt this just a counter to Ultimate Offering?
If I read it correctly, it's not stating 2 Normal Summons per turn. It's saying each player will only get to Normal Summon 2 more times as long as this card is face-up. I have no idea of what my opinion of this card is xD
Northern Sage
Will probably end up hurting you more than it's worth.
Thomas★Zero
when I first saw this I orignally thought this made it so you and your opponent could only have 2 monsters on the feild at a time. The face that this says that while this card on the feild both players can only additonally summon 2 more monsters just seems weird O.o. That narrow pass isn't looking so narrow... Luis2
Now I'm confused. Does the card prevents both players from summoning a third monster when they already have two? I read in wiki that this can help a B.E.S deck, since you can't normal summon.
It doesn't matter how many you already have in play, you get 2 more chances of Normal Summoning in the Normal way that the rules allow you to. After you've used those 2, you cannot Normal Summon for as long as this card is in play.
Luis2
The card is like Summon Limit's cousin.
