(sure it may kill bubblebeat decks >_>; but it atleast means it allows Heros to keep one of their more vital cards.) I also managed to use bubbleman's effect when drawing that vital E-call or Rota when I basically have nothing then manage to get a XYZ out of it. Bubbleman is completely balanced in every conceivable way. Yes, it can be a +2, but requires you to be in an absolute corner for that to happen. Yes, it can summon itself, but it requires having no hand, so all resources are dedicated to the field. His first Summoned effect also telegraphs your turn extremely badly, though it can cause the opponent to take a completely defensive strategy if they can't handle your card. Don't get me wrong, I love the card. Its effect is awesome and the art is amazing, but it definitely doesn't have the same uses, even in a conventional HERO-style Deck perspective.
