Sleepy Posted August 18, 2012 Report Share Posted August 18, 2012 The best way is to Tribute your Kaiser Sea Horse after playing Double Summon (obviously), but for those young people that want it the easy way, you can use Mausoleum, Photon Sanctuary, Star Blast, and combine it with Book of Eclipse for a bonus nuke.
