[/quote] Yes, though bubbleman would need to be the only card in your hand for it be special summoned. Where this can just go off with normal summoning prisma, play this for stratos either add a monster or destroy a s/t then XYZ into a rank 4 monster, heck even follow it up with bubbleman being summoned at the end of the card combo after setting your other s/t's to summon something like Shock Ruler. Sleepy Posted October 10, 2012 Report Share Posted October 10, 2012 The card was intended for Neos to make a -2 or -3 Contact Fusion quicker. Other than that, Stratos is the probably the best use for this card, but this card is not necessarily the best use for Stratos, and any other use is, for lack of a better phrase, pretty lame. The HERO cannot attack, and returns to the hand afterwards, which makes Ocean, Woodsman, Bladedge, and the Normal Monsters useless outside of Sychro/Xyz food.
