It is reeeeeeally tempting to make a harsh joke about certain religions and certain track records right now.... Guess that is why these definately won't be released. Not because they're cards used by a one time jobber in the anime one of which is quite broken, because of the problems it will have translating to TCG. And besides, Dragunities are just fine in the OCG, they just aren't as relevant anymore in the TCG, since a single Veiler/Maxx C can shut down an entire play.
