It will only be a matter of time before they break Snake Rain, so I can see that being possible.

tbh Snake Rain could be bork anyway because of how well it can work with Elemental Lords.

It follows the scheme of Konami's support pattern lately. They bring out support for an archetype that happens to be the same Attribute of the pack whilst also being an undersupported type. In this case, Reptile.

I knew that much. I just didn't now ALL Alien Monsters were Light. Could have sworn they had a Fire, Water, and Earth monster....

Though we COULD get Worm Support, but that wouldn't make much sense though.

WELP

ALIENS ARE NOT CONFIRMED, BUT VERY LIKELY, GIVEN PLOVER SYNDROME.

Kingremlin
Rank 4/DARK/Reptile-Type - Effect, Xyz/2300 ATK/2000 DEF
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; add 1 Reptile-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.

Oh god. Finally more Reptile support. *jizz* And it adds ANY reptile.

This is awesome.

Hope Ray Victory is definitely the TCG name for Hope Ray V. And Hope Ray V is a Chaos Number (It uses Barian's Force/Limited Barian's Force to Summon, and both cards specifically Summon a Chaos Number, with Barian's Force also capable of Summoning "Chaos Xyz" monsters). The full name in the TCG would be Number C39: Utopia Ray Victory

Even though the article said "Number 39" and not "Number C39"?

Maybe spoiler prevention or something? Or an error.

Logically, it's Hope Ray V's TCG debut (The only other known OCG card remotely like Utopia Ray Victory is Utopia Ray V), and it HAS to be a Number C because of the Barian Force Spells. It's a Rank 5 that gets an extra effect if it has a Utopia Material. There's no other method of getting a Utopia Overlay than Barian's Force or normal C39.

The TCG can't change that because we'll also receive Barian's Force in that pack, and Barian's Force can only Summon Number C or Chaos Xyz monsters. Changing that screws up everything.

Even the name using "Utopia RAY" hints at it being an upgrade of C39 (or Number 39).

Victory isn't V. This announcement mentions that the TCG version of Starter Deck 2013 is keeping the expansion boosters, which Hope Ray V was in in the OCG. Victory is a different card.

It shouldnt shock me, but it's worrisome nonetheless, that the writers/card designers might make more Utopia > other Numbers support.

Ugh...we don't need more Utopia support. We already have 2 evolutions.

What's wrong with having Yuma use the other Numbers he has, like the TWO DOZEN Numbers that are still unrevealed that he has in his possession?
It seems like Konami is missing out on a huge opportunity.
