Will it help the BWings? Its a little more flexible but the 700 power drop is sad.

Kulat is a lot better then this.

But Kulat should be banned, so it could maybe be a tech. I dunno, 500 is enough to be useful on something like Armor Master and maybe Shira, but not on much else.

I honestly don't think it will help at all.

Blackwings are almost all about Special Summoning - not ATK increasing, (except for Kalut)

This guy won't really help them. It could help itself to a 1800 ATK, but only till the end

If the increase were 800 instead, it would make a great replacement for when Kalut goes bye-bye. As is, uhh....

I dont see it being run, even if Kalut got banned. Granted, Kalut is too good (not as bad as Honest, though), but this is just underwhelming. It's searchable via Shura, but its effect only matters if it's in the hand, and Kalut is just as searchable.

That being said, it's probably fine as is. It's Whirlwind that creates a problem.
