[/quote] Maybe dominant was a poor choice in wording. Prophecies are strong, and this coming back can definitely grant them a large boost. Heck, even Chaos Emperor Dragon has a better chance than this. The ability to recover any Spell card without too much of a cost is too powerful even for Konami to allow back in the game. Though I have seen sources say that what Empole's saying is true; at some point, they want to have unbanned everything for a format. Yata's broken as hell, but I can think of at least five other cards that would make far more of an impact than Yata if it's not back at the same time as CED.
